A: We complete a damage estimate and act as a liaison
with your insurance agent or public adjuster to confirm the coverage and
payment. We work hard to ensure that your property will be restored to
its pre-disaster condition. Written estimates are submitted and approved
prior to any restoration.
Q: Do you get involved in speeding up the processing
of my claim?
A: We deal directly with your insurance agent or public
adjustor: We direct bill to them. As experienced experts in disaster recovery,
you can expect timely recovery of your loss when a disaster strikes.
Q: My finished basement has been flooded. What can
you do to save my furnishings and carpeting?
A: Speed is most important! We respond quickly
day or night. When your water source has been eliminated, professional
extraction must begin immediately to prevent health hazards and further
damage. Restorative drying will be completed including the application
of a mildewcide treatment.
Q: What kind of equipment can I expect youll
bring in for my personal disaster?
A: Our equipment includes large commercial dehumidifiers,
air movers, and air scrubbers with HEPA filters.
